The exhibit hall will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on both days of the conference.

Sponsorship Terms

  • One sponsorship level per vendor
  • Booth placement based on order received date and level
  • Any levels no longer available will be marked “Sold Out”

Silver Level – $1,000 Limit 10

  • Virtual IETA Conference exhibit space (preferred placement based on registration level and time of registration) – Regular (284×162) Size
    • Conference booths include pre-recorded video, live video, or slides (strongly recommend pre-recorded video), offers, handouts, Q&A, chat room, polls, meeting breakout room, contact information.
    • Leads – attendees can drop their virtual business cards at booths or use offers to drive attendees to a link/lead gen form on the sponsor’s site.
  • Two conference registrations for booth workers.
  • Included in gamification, when someone hits a milestone, the prize they win can be a sponsored product donated by the vendor.

Gold Level – $2,500 Limit 10

  • Virtual IETA Priority Booth Placement after level Titanium Level (preferred placement based on registration level and time of registration) – Large (284×332)
    • Conference booths include pre-recorded video, live video, or slides (strongly recommend pre-recorded video), offers, handouts, Q&A, chat room, polls, meeting breakout room, contact information.
