Sponsorship Terms

  • One sponsorship level per vendor
  • Booth placement based on order received date and level
  • Any levels no longer available will be marked “Sold Out”
  • Lunches may be purchased in desired quantities through the Sponsorship Registration process at the time of Booth Sponsorship or at a later time up to January 16, 2026. Options for vegetarian or gluten free will be available. Remember, the Boise Centre does not allow outside food or drink in the conference center.

Sponsorship Levels

Bronze Level – $950 Limit 11 (New for 2026)

  • IETA Conference exhibit space – 4’ table, 6’x6’ booth (booth placement on board discretion) in room 140 (north end of Sponsor Hall, see map)
  • Complementary Wednesday/Thursday conference registrations for booth workers
  • Sponsor lunches may be purchased in desired quantities through the Sponsorship Registration page
  • One trash can per booth
  • One power strip per booth
  • Wireless internet will be provided with a special SSID and password

Silver Level – $1,250 Limit 23

  • IETA Conference exhibit space – 6’ table, 8’x8’ booth (booth placement on board discretion) along west/back wall of Sponsor Hall, see map
  • Complementary Wednesday/Thursday conference registrations for booth workers
  • Sponsor lunches may be purchased in desired quantities through the Sponsorship Registration page
  • One trash can per booth
  • One power strip per booth

Gold Level – $2,500 Limit 47

  • IETA Priority Choice Booth – 8’ table, 10’x10’ booth (preferred placement based on registration level and time of registration)
  • Complementary Wednesday/Thursday conference registrations for booth workers
  • Sponsor lunches may be purchased in desired quantities through the Sponsorship Registration page
  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship on IETA website (company name only)
  • Access to participant mailing list before and after the conference.  
    • This mailing list is provided exclusively for directed contact based on each participant’s job description. Do not give away or sell this information. Use it solely for relevant, professional outreach. We all dislike spam and misusing this list could frustrate attendees and damage trust. Please respect their privacy and ensure communications are purposeful and appropriate.
  • Acknowledgment on appropriate conference marketing materials
  • One trash can per booth
  • One power strip per booth
  • Wireless internet will be provided with a special SSID and password
  • Name Badge identifying you as a Gold Level Sponsor

Platinum Level – $5,000 Limit 18

All of the benefits from the Gold Level, plus:
  • IETA Priority Choice Extended Booth – two 8’ tables, 10’x20’ booth (preferred placement based on registration level and time of registration)
  • Two trash cans and two power strips per booth
  • One 45/90 minute breakout session with priority selection of time and location (upon request). To ensure you receive your presentation benefit, please submit your presentation by December 1, 2025. While IETA will make every effort to accommodate requests for specific presentation dates and times, we cannot guarantee availability. 
  • Complementary Wednesday/Thursday conference registrations for booth workers
  • Sponsor lunches may be purchased in desired quantities through the Sponsorship Registration page
  • One 45/90 minute breakout session with priority selection of time and location (upon request). To ensure you receive your presentation benefit, please submit your presentation by December 1, 2025. While IETA will make every effort to accommodate requests for specific presentation dates and times, we cannot guarantee availability. 
  • Access at IETA regional meetings for one 30 minute presentation at vendor request to be arranged with regional representative

Women in Technology Sponsorship

Support women in technology by sponsoring the IETA Conference Women in Technology Social Event! The event will be held at a downtown Boise establishment on the evening of a conference day. Participants will get their first drink free, and will enjoy connecting with other technologists who support women in tech. Sponsors will be noted on emailed invitations to the event, and will have an option to say a few words at the start of the event if desired. – $100 (No Limit)

Setup and Breakdown

Booth setup may begin between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3. You may also set up Wednesday, Feb. 4 from 6:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. The exhibit hall will open at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, so you will need to be fully set up by then. The last exhibit break ends at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, so you can begin to break down at that time.

Sponsor Meals

Lunches may be purchased in desired quantities through the Sponsorship Registration process at the time of Booth Sponsorship or at a later time up to January 19, 2026. Options for vegetarian or gluten-free will be available. We encourage our sponsors to enjoy one of the local restaurant options nearby. Remember, the Boise Centre does not allow outside food or drinks in the conference center.

IETA Membership

IETA Membership
Annual membership in the Idaho Education Technology Association is individual. IETA is a non-profit organization and its operating activities are funded solely through membership fees. Your continued support of IETA is greatly appreciated. The purpose of the Association shall be promoting and facilitating the use of technology in Idaho education. The Association shall promote, facilitate and sustain technology and all its users while enhancing the education of Idaho’s students for tomorrow’s technology. Any Idaho K-12 public school employee or public school district appointed representative who is desirous of promoting the interest of the IETA and sharing in its work shall be eligible for membership and may be an active member paying the annual dues as provided in the Bylaws. An active member shall be entitled to vote, hold office, participate in all activities of the Association, and receive publications and other services of the Association. Active members are also invited to attend regional meetings. IETA is divided into 6 regions and each region holds informative meetings about utilizing technology in education. These meetings usually have State Department of Education updates, vendors showing how to best utilize their products, and districts collaborating on technology use. Membership provides access to the IETA Slack channels.  Members are able to communiate about a variety of topics with other members throughout the state. Membership also provides access to IETA Grant opportunities.  A member may sponsor 1 grant proposal per year.  IETA gives out over $10,000 in grants each year. Districts with at least one IETA member are granted access to COSN: The Consortium for School Networking.
