IETA Show Packet and Shipping Information

Below is the show packet from our facilities coordinator at EventRent. This should answer questions about shipping and setup time. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that all items intended for the conference are not shipped directly to the conference center. Instead, please coordinate your shipping needs through our designated conference logistics coordinator, Event Rent.

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to arrange shipping with the event coordinator IETA has designated for the conference.  Lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the exhibitor, and the exhibitor must coordinate with the event coordinator.  IETA, the board, and its members are not responsible for items belonging to the exhibitor while in transit, while at the IETA conference event, or left at the Boise Centre.
