Exhibit Hall Hours
Exhibit Hall Hours The IETA exhibit hall will be open Wednesday, February 5th and Thursday, February 6th 2025 at the Boise Centre in Boise, Idaho. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel:- Wednesday, February 5 (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).
- Thursday, February 6 (9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.).
Note: If the opportunity you are interested in is sold out, use the waitlist button to add your information to be contacted in case an opportunity opens up.
Sponsorship Terms
- One sponsorship level per vendor
- Booth placement based on order received date and level
- Any levels no longer available will be marked “Sold Out”
- In 2025, IETA will no longer provide complimentary lunches with booth sponsorship. Lunches may be purchased in desired quantities through the Sponsorship Registration process at the time of Booth Sponsorship or at a later time up to January 19, 2025. Options for vegetarian or gluten-free will be available. We encourage our sponsors to enjoy one of the local restaurant options nearby. Remember, the Boise Centre does not allow outside food or drinks in the conference center.
Silver Level – $1,250 Approx. 20
Sold Out- IETA Conference exhibit space – 8’ table, 10’x10’ booth (booth placement on board discretion)
- Complementary Wednesday/Thursday conference registrations for booth workers (Additional will need to register for conference access and lunches)
- Sponsor lunches may be purchased in desired quantities through the Sponsorship Registration page
- One trash can per booth
- One power strip per booth
- Wireless internet will be provided with a special SSID and password
- Name Badge identifying you as a Silver Level Sponsor
Gold Level – $2,500 Approx. 48
All of the benefits from the Silver Level, plus:- IETA Priority Choice Booth – 8’ table, 10’x10’ booth (preferred placement based on registration level and time of registration)
- Wednesday/Thursday conference registrations for booth workers
- Sponsor lunches may be purchased in desired quantities through the Sponsorship Registration page
- Acknowledgement of sponsorship on IETA website (company name only)
- Access to participant mailing list before and after the conference
- Acknowledgment on appropriate conference marketing materials
- Name Badge identifying you as a Gold Level Sponsor
Platinum Level – $5,000 Approx. 18
All of the benefits from the Gold Level, plus:- IETA Priority Choice Extended Booth – two 8’ tables, 10’x20’ booth (preferred placement based on registration level and time of registration)
- Two trash cans and two power strips per booth
- One 45/90 minute breakout session with priority selection of time and location (upon request)
- Wednesday/Thursday conference registrations for booth workers
- Sponsor lunches may be purchased in desired quantities through the Sponsorship Registration page
- Access at IETA regional meetings for one 30 minute presentation at vendor request to be arranged with regional representative
- Recognition on conference signage in common areas
- Acknowledgement of sponsorship on IETA website (company logo and name)
- One promotional social media post highlighting sponsorship prior to conference

Women in Technology Sponsorship
Support women in technology by sponsoring the IETA Conference Women in Technology Social Event! The event will be held at a downtown Boise establishment on the evening of a conference day. Participants will get their first drink free, and will enjoy connecting with other technologists who support women in tech. Sponsors will be noted on emailed invitations to the event, and will have an option to say a few words at the start of the event if desired. – $100 (No Limit)Other Sponsorships
